Gray and Turquoise Boho Beach Accessory

Who says summer clothes can’t be worn all year long? I don’t know about you, but I love the versatility of loose clothes that can be paired with different pieces throughout the fall and spring months! The secret to making your most comfy tees and baggy pants not look like pajamas is by pairing them with eye-catching accessories! I made this necklace for just that reason… by adding a bold statement piece you’ll automatically create a more structured look to any loose, beachy outfit! The gray and turquoise hues in this necklace mimic stones, thus giving off an earth-tone vibe that can be worn by all ages, and at any time of the year. I made this necklace using a central Turquoise Oval Stone and Turquoise Howlite Accent Stone Beads. I also used Gray Metal Hermatite, Smoke-Colored Faux Pearls, and a Silver Metal Fringe Tassel to complete this one-of-a-kind piece! “Easy Like Sunday Morning…”

I made this necklace about a month ago and I’m so sad I had to part ways with it so early on! This was definitely one of my fastest selling necklaces I have made so far, as it was sold just a few hours after publishing it to my Etsy shop! Can you blame the buyer though? This necklace is so easy to wear that it can be paired with practically any outfit. Throw it on over a big sweater and jeans, as I did above, or layer it over a fancy blouse. I cannot wait to make this necklace again and get it back up on the shop!

P.S. I recently tried StitchFix for the 1st time and absolutely LOVED it! They send you a few clothing pieces and jewelry to try on based on your (very detailed) style profile. You can try everything on in the privacy of your own home, and then pay for just the items you want to keep, and mail the others back! Simple as that! Scarlet & Grey Pride

With the OSU vs. Alabama Sugar Bowel playoff game just around the corner, I wanted to exude my OSU Buckeye pride in every way possible! I made this Scarlet, Grey, and Silver Buckeye Statement Necklace last year during football season, and then after contemplating the design, I completely remade it using a few different beads to make it was it is today! Walahh! This necklace is perfect for cheering on your favorite football team in the most stylish way. The classical style of this necklace makes it a wearable piece of jewelry year-round (as opposed to those chunky buckeye necklaces). I put together the perfect outfit to show you just how versatile this necklace can be!
